Dante De Gori, CFP
Chief Executive OfficerDante De Gori, CFP, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. (FPSB).
Prior to this, De Gori served as Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) – the financial planning professional body in Australia and sixth largest Affiliate within the FPSB Network. For six years, he led teams focused on standards, certification, education, events, advocacy and consumer awareness, and made exceptional contributions to the Australian financial planning profession through a period of tremendous reform to help raise education and professional standards.
A proud CFP professional, De Gori is passionate about advancing the profession of financial planning and supporting CFP professionals around the globe. He has served on several FPSB committees and working groups, including as chair of the Council and chair of the Chief Executives Committee (CEC) from 2018 to 2021. In early 2022, De Gori joined FPSB as Head of Stakeholder Engagement.
De Gori has more than 20 years of experience in the financial planning profession. He’s worked in various senior roles within financial planning and compliance at ClearView Financial Management, Zurich Financial Services, Asteron Life and Suncorp Bank. He also spent six years as General Manager, Policy and Government Relations at FPA Australia before being named CEO. De Gori also served as Director of the Future2Foundation, the charity foundation of the financial planning profession in Australia, from 2016 to 2021.
De Gori was recently awarded the Association Influencer of the Year 2022 by the Australasian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (finance and marketing), a graduate certificate in politics and policy, a diploma in financial planning, has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (2021), and is currently completing a Master of Laws at the Australian National University.
De Gori is a proud husband and father who dedicates his life to the four F’s: family, food, football and financial planning.
As CEO, De Gori is a non-voting member of FPSB’s Board of Directors.

Eric Cauble
Chief Operating OfficerEric Cauble, CPA, CGMA, is Chief Operating Officer of FPSB, responsible for the development and execution of strategic goals and initiatives. He coordinates global development efforts and develops infrastructure to enhance resource alignment and increase operational efficiency.
Prior to joining FPSB, Cauble was Executive VP and COO for a large U.S.-based nonprofit association. He earned a master’s in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1986.

Christie Searls
Chief Legal OfficerChristie Searls is the Chief Legal Officer at FPSB where she oversees governance, policy, compliance and intellectual property matters for the organization. She also negotiates and manages FPSB’s commercial agreements, including those with current and potential FPSB Affiliate organizations and vendors.
Searls leads the compliance portion of FPSB’s Affiliate Assessment Program, which evaluates the CFP certification programs in 27 countries to ensure FPSB’s rigorous standards are being met around the world.
She joined FPSB in May 2018 after spending more than 17 years as counsel to, and ultimately head of, the Intellectual Property group at CenturyLink, a Fortune 500 company. The group won the 2013 World Trademark Review award for best in-house trademark group.
Searls previously worked for Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) where she managed and enforced the organization’s domestic and international trademark portfolio. Early in her career, she was a commercial litigator in Denver, Colorado.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was recognized as a member of Order of the Coif.
A Colorado native, Searls enjoys running, theatre and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Paul Grimes, CFP
Chief Professionalism OfficerPaul Grimes, CFP, Chief Professionalism Officer at FPSB, leads the development and positioning of the body of knowledge, professional standards, certification requirements and oversight framework for the global financial planning profession in partnership with the FPSB Professional Standards Committee, the FPSB Network and other stakeholders.
Grimes drives FPSB’s thought leadership in financial advice professionalism, guide territory-specific application of FPSB’s standards and certification requirements; and oversees the creation of the delivery of FPSB’s education content and certifications internationally.

Stephen Rotstein
Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Global PartnershipsStephen Rotstein is Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Global Partnerships at FPSB where he provides counsel on the organization’s strategic direction to advance the global financial planning profession through strategic partnerships, engagement with FPSB’s network of organizations, and new territory development.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, Rotstein is an experienced executive and proven leader in providing legal and policy advice in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He previously served as the director of global and domestic affairs of Ontario Securities Commission and as vice president of policy and regulatory affairs and general counsel of Financial Planning Standards Council, now known as FP Canada. In these roles, he provided strategic counsel on a broad range of issues related to capital markets, systemic risk, and international standards-setting; managed relationships with the Ontario government and other federal, provincial and international regulators and agencies; engaged on policy and strategic issues impacting the Commission both domestically and globally; and led a team responsible for government, regulatory and policy issues related to financial planning and financial regulation in Canada.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws from the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.

Amy Wisniewski
Director of OperationsAmy Wisniewski is Director of Operations at FPSB, responsible for the development and execution of strategic goals and initiatives, policy, and compliance for the CFP certification program in India. In addition, she leads the Affiliate Assessment Program to ensure compliance with global standards for CFP certification across the global network. Amy also works closely with FPSB’s global network to promote the use of digital credentials for CFP certification.
Wisniewski joined FPSB with over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing and service management, business process design, organizational change management, business controls management and corporate compliance. Wisniewski graduated from Southern Illinois University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She enjoys time in Golden, Colorado with her husband, two children and her dog.

Dalia EL-Prince
Director of New Program DevelopmentDalia EL-Prince is Director of New Program Development at FPSB, where she overseas new territory pathway model and programming, as well as technology strategy and integration of certification and education platforms and delivery systems.
EL-Prince joined FPSB with over 15 years of experience in global implementations, consumer experience and technology strategy/infrastructure management in the consumer goods industry. EL-Prince graduated from the American University in Cairo, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is Egyptian and lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three children.

Elle Manton
Director of CommunicationsElle Manton is Director of Communications and leads FPSB’s communications, marketing, branding, public relations and digital media. She also works closely with FPSB’s global network of organizations to promote the CFP designation and the global financial planning profession.
Manton was previously the Head of Marketing and Communications at the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA Australia), where she worked for 17 years.
Manton holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. She lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and three sons. Most often she is found walking in the forest with her active labrador called Boston.

Tanya Dahlen
Director of Legal ServicesTanya Dahlen, Director of Legal Services, supports the Chief Legal Officer and the legal function at FPSB Ltd. Dahlen assists on trademark matters, contract review, corporate governance and Affiliate legal support for the organization.
Dahlen joined FPSB Ltd. in February 2019 and has more than twelve years of legal experience. Prior to this, she worked as a Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal in Dallas, Texas and as a Real Estate Paralegal in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dahlen graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Sara White
Director of Network EngagementSara White is the Director of Network Engagement at FPSB, where she oversees planning and execution for an annually designated set of FPSB and FPSB Network priorities. In driving these strategic initiatives, she works closely with FPSB’s network of organizations administering CFP certification programs worldwide, as well as develops, maintains and streamlines internal business processes.
Prior to joining FPSB, White spent seven years with CFP Board strengthening firm engagement and growing the number of CFP professionals in the United States.
She has a B.A. from Connecticut College, a M.A. from the University of Denver Josef Korbel School of International Studies, and currently resides in Honolulu, HI with her husband and two dogs.

Ryanne Harrah
Senior Manager of Communications and ContentRyanne Harrah is Senior Manager of Communications and Content at FPSB, where she supports and executes a broad range of internal and external communication programs that focus on building global awareness for FPSB’s mission and activities; supporting content strategy and thought leadership for FPSB and its network; and connecting FPSB affiliates and facilitating global execution of communications programs and events.
Prior to joining FPSB, Harrah was at the Financial Planning Association (FPA) for more than 16 years serving in a variety of roles including community relations, professional development and public relations.
She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Kansas, and resides in Denver, Colorado.

Norah Duffy
Senior Manager of Standards and CertificationNorah Duffy, CAE, ICE-CCP, is the Senior Manager of Standards and Certification. She works with FPSB’s Chief Professionalism Officer, the Professional Standards Committee and subject matter experts to manage standards and certification requirements for the global financial planning profession, including related programs and certifications.
Duffy joins FPSB with over a decade of experience in nonprofit association management and credentialing. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and holds a Certified Credentialing Professional Certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. She has a B.A. in Environmental Studies and in Art History from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Becca Kibler
Operations ManagerBecca Kibler is the Operations Manager at FPSB where she assists in all aspects of operations and provides systems and project management support within the executive team. Kibler provides aid with strategic and operational execution, vendor management, and financial and administrative support.
Prior to joining the FPSB team in March 2022, Kibler was part of Thrivent Financial for almost ten years, working a variety of roles including budget management, growth and development of new markets, and operations and project management throughout the United States.
Kibler graduated from London South Bank University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Nicki Maggiore
Senior Administrative AssistantNicki Maggiore is the Senior Administrative Assistant at FPSB. She supports the Executive team and manages day-to-day operations of the organization.
Maggiore joined FPSB in September 2021 and has more than eight years of administrative experience. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in administrative and management roles in the legal staffing and fine arts industries.
Maggiore graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Contemporary Art History from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.
