Becca Kibler

Operations Manager

Becca Kibler is the Operations Manager at FPSB where she assists in all aspects of operations and provides systems and project management support within the executive team. Kibler provides aid with strategic and operational execution, vendor management, and financial and administrative support.

Prior to joining the FPSB team in March 2022, Kibler was part of Thrivent Financial for almost ten years, working a variety of roles including budget management, growth and development of new markets, and operations and project management throughout the United States.

Kibler graduated from London South Bank University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
