Dr. Kaja Kroll

Dr. Kaja Kroll, is the Head Wealth Management & Private Clients of HSBC Mexico, and has held leadership positions at BNP Paribas PF Mexico and DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. With experience in organizational development, business strategy, customer service and operations management, Kroll received a master coach designation from Spain’s International School of Coaching in 2009.

In addition to her doctorate, which she received from the University of Phoenix, Kroll holds an MBA degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico and the Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Berufsakademie Berlin in Germany.

Dr. Kroll’s term on the FPSB Board of Directors ends 31 March 2025.
